Thanks dear Prashant (https://mytravelcsp.wordpress.com) for reminding me of this flower through your blog. Prashant has a beautiful travel blog. After reading his blog, I went up and found this plant still there in our terrace garden. Due to intense heat, small shrubs like this are drying, but luckily, this one sustained. It’s a wild plant. I don’t know it’s name. Now, I named it Little Birdie Flower plant πππ
With summer hitting early, my rabbity nature felt to munch on salads. I love raw food, the colorful palette which can be made with it, healthy fibers it can add to diet, unlimited energy it provide me to go through the day, reducing heat of my body, etc. etc.
Okay dears, here I share with you the self discovered recipe of this beautiful and healthy salad.
Put vegetables in a bowl of water containing salt and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric for half hour and wash them. If you are using organic vegetables, you can skip this step. Peel off the carrot and cut it into small thin rounds. Chop the celery roughly. Chop salad cucumber and capsicum into bits. Add a pinch of salt for taste (You may skip salt if you like). Mix everything well and your beautiful summer salad is ready. Enjoy it fresh.
