Sriramanavami Prasadam to all of you:

Panakam, Puliyodharai, and Kosambri (Right to left)

Panakam is a combination of water, crushed cardomom, crushed dried ginger, lemon juice and jaggery. It’s a tasty, healthy and cooling drink. It’s also main prasadam of Narasimha moorthi.

Puliyodharai is a sweet, tangy and spicy rice made with cooked white rice mixed with fried groundnuts, coconut flakes, tamarind juice, jaggery, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, black pepper, and sesame oil. It’s a tasty meal made as prasadam in temples of Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Kosambri is a combination of soaked skinless green gram, cucumber, fresh coconut flakes, green chilly, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, few drops of lemon juice. It’s a tasty, cooling, healthy salad.
