It is in the trying phases of life, mindfulness techniques come into help. I am experiencing pain in body and little stresses in life due to my ill health. Thoughts of pain and stress comes along, but through Almighty’s grace, through the techniques of mindfulness, I slow down and focus within and could experience peace even while body is in pain. Slowing down, I am able to watch the thoughts and allow them to flow past the flowing river of mind.
This too is temporary and will pass. Let me be fully focused on present moment and the limitless freedom and bliss it offers 😊🙏🕊️
